Kevin Smith’s Return to San Diego Comic-Con: Live Shows and More at Tin Roof

Last year witnessed an unforgettable takeover as Kevin Smith dominated the Tin Roof (401 G St) for an entire weekend brimming with the delectable delights of Mooby’s fast food, electrifying live shows, and a myriad of other delights. And guess what? It seems like they’re set to recreate the magic at least to some extent this year as well.

Last Year’s Schedule

On the latest episode of the Fatman Beyond podcast, the dynamic duo of Smith and Marc Bernardin confirmed their return to San Diego Comic-Con, promising an array of live shows that are bound to leave fans spellbound.

“We’re heading back there for a show,” Smith revealed with enthusiasm. “Remember the last Comic-Con? We transformed the Tin Roof into the legendary Mooby’s, hosting shows throughout the entire weekend? Well, guess what? We’re doing it all over again this year. Although we haven’t made an official announcement yet, you heard it here first. So get ready for Hollywood Babylon, Fatman Beyond, and quite possibly Jay & Silent Bob Get Old. The same incredible lineup we had last year. It’s all happening during Comic-Con.”

While the details regarding whether Mooby’s, the fantastical restaurant from Kevin Smith’s world and films, and the Tin Roof location will be part of the “exact same thing” as last year remain somewhat uncertain, it certainly sounds highly probable.

Rest assured, we’ll keep you posted with more juicy details as soon as we lay our hands on them. Stay tuned for an epic experience that’s set to redefine your Comic-Con adventures!
