Comic Con International was set to hold its annual Pop Culture convention in Anaheim, Wondercon 2020 this weekend. However with the current state of the world with a pandemic of Covid-19, an official statement was issued on March 12, 2020, stating that Wondercon 2020 will be postponed until a later date, which has not been announced yet.
At the time of writing this a masquerade should be happening, and we were really looking forward to that, hoping to see such amazingness as we did in the WonderCon 2018 Masquerade
There is however a bit of consolation to this con not being right now. Wondercon has begun working on a virtual con which began today. This WonderCon@Home is a page where WonderCon will be sharing information and tools to help people through this con being postponed.
Wondercon is providing links to videos, activity and coloring sheets, Zoom meeting backgrounds, a cosplay challenge. As well as, a one-of-a-kind print at home badge.

No con would be complete without the vendor/exhibit hall, so WonderCon Anaheim has created an Online Exhibit Hall, featuring links to many of their exhibitors, Artists’ Alley and Small Press creators, and Fan Groups
We hope all this craziness gets cleared up. We miss seeing our friends at Cons just as much as everyone else.
